In an unforgettable weekend at the Italian Round of the World Superbike Championship (WorldSBK), Dodge Europe, the Official Car & Safety Car of the series, delivered a high-octane fan experience that resonated across the paddock. On Saturday, September 21, the renowned Cremona Circuit was taken over by a parade of 30 Dodge Challengers, driven by members of the Dodge Challenger Team Italia — a community that first connected during Dodge Day in Lake Garda.
The sight of these muscle cars roaring around the championship track was a first in WorldSBK history, drawing the attention of the 45,000 fans attending over the three-day event. Adding even more power to the spectacle were two Dodge Challenger SRT® Hellcats, boasting 717 HP from their 6.2L V8 HEMI® engines, serving as the WorldSBK Official Safety Cars. The “Dodge Fans Parade” was a thrilling prelude to the race, and the event was captured by Dorna’s international TV crew, with footage soon available on Dodge Europe’s digital platforms.
