Dodge has released teasers for the upcoming all-electric Dodge Charger Daytona with images of the front and side profile. A recent video, captured on Michigan’s I-75, offers a sneak peek of the car’s rear. The design has similarities to the Dodge Charger but features subtle differences for a more retro overall look. The production version is expected to have an all-wheel-drive powertrain with various power options, including 340 kW (456 hp) and 440 kW (590 hp) on a 400-volt system. There’s also the potential for 660 kW (885 hp) on an 800-volt system, possibly with a tri-motor setup. The STLA Large platform will be used for all variants, engineered to easily accept future energy storage technologies and able to support both internal combustion engines and electric vehicles. In true Dodge style, they plan to offer customization options for further performance modifications. Here’s your first look at the Dodge Charger Daytona on the road.
